1. Enhanced Role Management with Group-Based Access Controls

Organizations can now configure granular access controls across Groups, Risk Treatment Plans, Questionnaires, Controls, and Risk Scenarios through SAFE’s Role Management capabilities, enabling improved segregation of duties and business-unit-level governance at scale.

Key Highlights:

Added support for creating Custom Roles using Groups in addition to Organizations
Users can define roles using Group names and Tags for more flexible access management
Introduced granular permissions for Groups, Risk Scenarios, Risk Treatment Plans, Questionnaires, and Controls
Supports flexible role assignments with differentiated access across CRQ and TPRM.
Added four default roles, CRQ Admin, CRQ Viewer, TPRM Admin, and TPRM Viewer

2. Enhancements in SafeX – Deep Research, Memory, and Live Intelligence

SafeX brings together Deep Research, Internet Search, Memory, and Unified Dashboards into one seamless AI-driven experience. Users can now conduct complex investigations, access real-time threat intelligence, and generate contextual insights faster, without switching tools, losing context, or repeating prompts across sessions.

Highlights:

Deep Research Engine that breaks complex questions into parallel research tasks across platform data, knowledge base, and the web
Integrated Internet Search for real-time threat intelligence, advisories, and industry insights
Cross-Session Memory to retain user preferences, prior discussions, and investigation context
Unified Chat & Dashboard Experience enabling users to build widgets and dashboards directly from conversations

3. [TPRM] Download Questionnaire Response on Vendor Portal

You can now download questionnaire responses directly from the Vendor Portal in both CSV and PDF formats.

4. [TPRM] Attach Evidence to Issues

Users can now attach evidence files directly within the Issue comment section, making it easier to provide supporting documentation, validation artifacts, and proof during issue investigation and remediation workflows.

5. [TPRM] Issue Status and Reason Mapping

Updated Issue to enable only applicable reason options based on the selected issue status.
