1. Introducing Action Plan & Issue Management

The new Action Plan & Issue Management feature enables end-to-end tracking of issues identified during third-party assessments and continuous monitoring.

  • Enables the creation and tracking of issues from questionnaires, third-party overview pages, and outside-in findings, and supports a full workflow, with resolution reasons (Accepted, Mitigated, Rejected, Awaiting Details).

  • Allows issue labeling, prioritization, and vendor assignment with due dates and comments.

  • Provides dashboard visibility into issue status, tags, tiers, and overdue tracking for operational clarity.

2. Consolidated Breach Notifications

Stay informed with a single email that consolidates all third-party and fourth-party breach events, providing direct links to details. This reduces email clutter, improving visibility and enabling faster response to emerging third-party risks.

3. User Experience Enhancements

We have redesigned the Third-Party Page to simplify navigation and make accessing key information faster and more intuitive.

  • Search: Recently accessed third parties are displayed instantly, with the “Create Organization” option always pinned for quick access.

  • Inventory Page: “Newly Discovered” has been moved to the inventory page, and new third parties can now be added directly from the inventory.

  • Quick Switcher: On the third-party details page, easily toggle between your last five accessed third parties for faster navigation.

4. Multi-Currency Support

SAFE now allows organizations to set a default currency while also enabling users to select their preferred currency. All dashboards, reports, and risk calculations are automatically updated to reflect the chosen currency, ensuring consistent and accurate financial insights for global customers.

1. Enhancements in the SOC 2 Analyzer

SAFE now automatically validates uploaded SOC 2 reports to verify authenticity and expiration. If a report is invalid or expired, users are notified through a banner on the Questionnaire page and can choose to dismiss the alert or reset the questionnaire.

2. Contract Analyzer - Support Word Document File Type

In addition to PDF contracts, SAFE now supports Microsoft Word (.docx) files for analysis and automated contract summarization.

3. Archive Risk Scenarios in bulk

You can now archive multiple scenarios at once. This enhancement allows users to select and archive scenarios in bulk, eliminating the need to archive each one individually.
