Smart Auto Reminders in SAFE automate questionnaire follow-ups by scheduling intelligent reminders and escalations based on defined due dates. This capability eliminates manual tracking, reduces missed assessments, and ensures consistent third‑party engagement across assessment cycles.
Once enabled, SAFE proactively notifies vendors and internal stakeholders at predefined intervals, escalating when responses are overdue. This enterprise-grade automation improves compliance adherence, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.

How Smart Auto Reminders Work?
A questionnaire is sent to a vendor with a defined due date.
SAFE automatically triggers reminder notifications based on the configured schedule.
If the due date passes without submission, escalation reminders are sent.
All reminders and escalations are logged for traceability and audit purposes.
Configuring Smart Auto Reminders
Smart Auto Reminders are configured globally and apply by default to all questionnaires.

Navigate to Settings > Third-party.
Scroll down to the Default Smart Reminder section.
Enable the Smart Auto Reminders toggle.
If required, select the “send escalation email to requester if the assessment is overdue” option. Escalations are triggered when questionnaires become overdue.
