Introduction
SAFE provides a centralized view of all the third parties added to your system. This section guides you through accessing and managing the third-parties effectively.
Access Third-party list
Navigate to Third-Party from the left navigation.
Click the View All button available just below the search bar.

The system displays a list of all third-party organizations added to SAFE. Each record in the list includes key information such as Third-Party Name, Tier, Coverage, Likelihood, Loss Magnitude, Risk and options to Edit, Delete, or Download the third-party risk report.

Clicking the Newly Discovered button, system displays all the third-parties discovered via the integrations (learn more here).

This page contains three main tabs:
Third parties: Displays the complete list of added third-party organizations.
Fourth parties: Lists the extended vendors associated with your third parties.

Requests: Shows all the questionnaire assessment requests sent to your vendors.

Customize the List View
The Third-Parties page provides powerful features to manage and organize your vendor ecosystem:
Group By: Organize third-parties based on attributes like Status, Risk, Tier, Business Resources, and Tags.
Filters: Apply filters such as Status, Tags, Custom Fields, and other attributes to narrow down the list.
Search: Use the search bar to quickly find specific third-parties.

Bulk Actions
You can edit or delete third-parties in bulk. Just select the third-parties and then clcik the three-dot options menu at the header and select you option.

Download Reports
SAFE allows you to download risk reports for each third-party.
To do this, click the three-dot menu in the Manage column, then select Download Report.
You can choose between the Outside-In Summary Report or the Outside-In Findings Report.
Your report will be generated in the Reports section. Go to Reports from the left-hand navigation and download your report once it's ready.
