The Coverage Summary widget provides a high-level view of entity coverage across different security domains. It compares the number of entities defined as in scope with those that have been successfully ingested into the platform, giving you a clear indication of data completeness.
Domain shows the type of data being tracked, such as infrastructure assets, applications, AppSec findings, controls, or threat intelligence.
Total in Scope represents the baseline number of entities expected for that domain. In cases where a scope is not defined, this field may display 0 or N/A.
Entities Covered indicates the actual count of ingested entities (for example, 9.5K infrastructure assets or 124 applications). Some domains, such as controls, may display control types instead of counts.
% Covered provides ingestion status:
A green checkmark with Ingested confirms that data for the domain has been successfully received.
A dash signals that coverage percentages are not applicable or not calculated for that domain.
Notes allows users to add contextual information, track gaps, or document next steps directly in the table.
This widget helps teams validate that critical domains are represented in the system, highlight areas where coverage may be incomplete, and ensure ingestion pipelines align with organizational expectations.
