    Automatic Asset Offboarding

    Automatic Asset Offboarding automates the process of retirement and deletion of the ideal assets from the SAFE application.
    Once this feature is enabled, the system automatically retires the asset which does not synchronize with SAFE for the specified number of days continuously first and then auto-deletes the asset after the specified number of days.

    Configure Automatic Asset Offboarding

    To configure automatic asset offboarding:

    1. Navigate to Administration > Asset Management > Automatic Asset Offboarding
    2. Enter the number of days to Auto Retire and Auto Delete.
    3. Enable the Auto Retire/Delete button.
    4. Click Save.

    • The recommended value for the Auto-Retire field is 60 days. The minimum and maximum values allowed for this field are 30 and 365 respectively.
    • The recommended value for the Auto-Delete field is 90 days. The minimum and maximum values allowed for this field are 31 and 365 respectively.
    • The system triggers email notifications to users when assets get auto-retire and auto-delete. The value should be greater than 'Auto Retire days'.
