Introduction


This page displays a list of all the onboarded assets in SAFE and their details, such as Asset Name, SAFE Score, Confidence, Asset Type,IP Address, Criticality, Last Assessed Date, Asset Owner, and others.

Note

Assets that have not been assessed recently will not receive a SAFE Score and will be displayed as "NA" (Not Applicable) in the SAFE Score field.

Users can perform the following action on the assets page:

  • Apply a quick filter to view the active assets or retired Assets.
  • Export the asset list in CSV.
  • Search for an asset in the asset list.
  • Filter the assets based on various attributes.
  • Customize the asset list table.
  • Trigger assessment of an asset.

Apply Quick Filters


The quick filter drop-down has two options, Active Assets, and Retired Assets, and is available at the top-right of the asset list table. Users can view a list of all active assets or retired assets by applying quick filters to the asset list table.

Export asset list in CSV


Users can export the asset list in CSV. 

To download the asset list table.

  1. Navigate to Assets under Technology.
  2. Click the export icon available at the top-right of the asset list table.
  3. Set a password for the CSV on the pop-up screen.
  4. Click the Generate button. The system automatically downloads the asset list zip file on your computer. Use the same password you set in step 3 to open the file.

The system may take a little bit longer to download the asset list file. Please wait and do not refresh or close the window till the report is downloaded.

Search assets in the asset list table


Users can search for an asset in the asset list by using the search box. Once users start entering the asset's name in the search box, the search result returns the matching assets.

Filter Asset List


Users can filter the asset list based on the various attributes, operators, and values. 

To filter the asset list:

  1. Go to Assets under Technology.
  2. Click the filter icon available at the top-right of the asset list table.
  3. Select the options for attributes, operator, and value drop-down fields.
  4. You can add multiple filters by clicking the plus icon.
  5. Select the Match All or Match Any option based on your requirements.
    1. Match All: Upon selecting the Match All option; the system adds the assets to the asset group if the assets fall under each of the selected criteria.
    2. Match Any: Upon selecting the Match Any option, the system adds the assets to the asset group if the assets fall under any of the selected criteria.
  6. Once the options are selected, the system automatically filters the asset list table and displays the result.

Customize the asset list table


To customize the asset list table:

  1. Go to Assets under Technology.
  2. Click the customize icon available at the top-right of the asset list table.
  3. Click the drop-down and select the columns you want to display in the list. You can add a maximum of 8 columns to the table.
  4. The system displays the selected columns in the asset list table.

Clicking on any of the assets in the asset list table system redirects you to the asset's details page.
