All traffic to any integrations in SAFE will see one IP address as the source IP of the incoming connection. Example If Qualys is configured in SAFE, the Qualys services will see HTTPS connections from one of these IP addresses. Customers wishing to whitelist incoming traffic may choose to whitelist these IP addresses based on their region. Customers should ensure that their email filters are set to permit these addresses to be delivered: - no-reply@notifications-safeone.ai - for all other notifications from the SAFE Platfrom - no-reply@alert-safeone.ai - for all invitation or authorisation related emails (for example forgot password) Custom SMTP ServerIf you have configured their own SMTP, then all emails usually sent from no-reply@notifications-safeone.ai will be sent by your SMTP server from the email address you configured.
