Reset SAFE ID Password
Important
Users must reconfigure SAFE ID with a new password after resetting the SAFE ID password else the SAFE's cloud-native services stop working.
You can reset the SAFE ID password from the below two options:
- SAFE Admin Portal
- SAFE Me app (Only applicable to SAFE Me users)
Reset Password via SAFE Admin Portal
- Go to the portal.safescore.ai (This is the Admin portal URL and common for all SAFE customers)
- Click the Forgot Password button available below the password field.
- Reset the password by following the on-screen instructions.
Reset Password via SAFE Me
This is only applicable to SAFE Me users. You can reset the password using the following steps:
- Go to the SAFE Me mobile app or SAFE Me web app.
- On the Login screen, enter the Email ID.
- Click the Forgot Password button.
- Reset the password by following the on-screen instructions
Note
SAFE Me users using Single Sign-On (SSO) will not be able to use this method to reset the password.
