# Pipedrive

## About this document

This guide provides a step-by-step procedure to configure Pipedrive in SAFE, enabling the integration and retrieval of security misconfiguration data from Pipedrive into SAFE.

## Introduction

SAFE integrates with Pipedrive to fetch and analyze security misconfigurations in your Pipedrive account.

## Prerequisites

- Access required in SAFE:
  - SAFE Admin Access
- Access required in Pipedrive:
  - Pipedrive Admin
- Required User Inputs:
  - [API Instance URL](/safe-4/docs/pipedrive#obtain-api-instance-url)
  - [API Token](/safe-4/docs/pipedrive#generate-an-api-token)
  - Asset Name in SAFE (optional)
- Required Scope:
  - Admin Access

## Generate Connection Details

### Generate an **API Token**

---

Task: Generate an API Token in Pipedrive.

Steps:

- Log in to your Pipedrive account as Admin.
- Click the **User Profile** icon in the top right corner.
- Select **Personal preferences**.

- Click on **API**.
- Click the**Generate new token** button.

Copy and save the API Token for configuring Pipedrive in SAFE. Regularly update the Access Token in SAFE according to its expiration date.

### Obtain **API Instance URL**

Task: Obtain the API Instance URL from Pipedrive.

Steps:
- Login to your Pipedrive account as Admin.
- Copy the base URL of your account. **Save** the API Instance URL to configure Pipedrive on SAFE.

## Configure Pipedrive in SAFE

Task: Configure Pipedrive integration in SAFE.

Steps:

- Log in to your SAFE account as **Admin**.
- Click on the **Integrations** option from the left navigation.
- Scroll to find the Pipedrive integration card or search for Pipedrive in the search bar.

- Hover over the Pipedrive integration card and click on the **Configure** button.
- Enter the following:
  - API Instance URL
  - API Token
  - Asset Name in SAFE - Provide a unique identifier which can uniquely identify the asset
  - Enter the **Auto Sync Frequency**.

- Click on the **Test Connection** button.
- Once the connection is successful, click on the **Save** button.
- Once the configuration is saved successfully, click on the **Sync Now** button to trigger an on-demand sync.

- Upon a successful sync, the system pulls the Pipedrive assets and their findings in SAFE. You can track the status of the sync in the **History** table.

## View Results

- Go to the **Integrations** homepage.
- Scroll to find the Pipedrive integration card or search for Pipedrive in the search bar.
- Click on the Pipedrive integration card to access **Finding View**and **Asset View**.
  - **Finding View**: This tab displays all the findings details pulled from Pipedrive.

## SAFE's Outgoing IP Addresses
