Campaigns


The Campaigns page allows you to manage the Training and Phishing campaigns. There are two tabs available on this page:

  1. Training
  2. Phishing

Training


This page displays analytics on active, scheduled, and closed campaigns. You can create new campaigns and manage active and scheduled campaigns on this page.

View Campaign Analytics


The Campaigns page displays the analytics over the campaign that includes:

  • Campaign details (no of users, no, of course, user groups).
  • Graphical view for the number of users who have completed the campaign.
  • User's list along with their SAFE score.
  • A list of courses added to that campaign.

Follow the below step-by-step procedure to view analytics for a campaign:

  1. Navigate to People > Campaigns.
  2. Click a campaign from the list for which you wish to view the analytics.
  3. The system displays a new campaign details page with the campaign analytics.

Create Campaign


To create a campaign:

  1. Navigate to People > Campaigns.
  2. Click the Create Campaign button.
  3. Enter the Campaign Name, Start Date, and End Date.
  4. Select the Courses as follows:
    1. Click the Select Courses option.
    2. Add the courses by marking the checkbox available against them.
    3. Click the Save button available at the bottom of the page.
  5. Select the User Groups as follows:
    1. Click the Select Groups option
    2. Add the Groups by marking the checkbox available against them.
    3. Click the Save button.
  6. Mark the Send Email and Send Mobile AppNotification checkboxes as per your requirement.
  7. Click the Create button. The campaign will be created and displayed in the campaign list. 
  8. The SAFE Me users will be notified via email and app notification.

Edit Campaign


To edit a campaign:

  1. Navigate to People > Campaigns.
  2. Click the options menu available in the Manage column for the active or scheduled campaign.
  3. Click the Edit button and update the details.
  4. Click the Update button to save the changes.

Deactivate Campaign


To deactivate a campaign:

  1. Navigate to People > Campaigns.
  2. Click the options menu available in the Manage column for the active or scheduled campaign.
  3. Click the Deactivate button.
  4. On the confirmation screen, click Yes to deactivate a campaign.

Phishing


SAFE allows you to upload the exported data from the phishing platforms like GoPhish, KnowBe4, or any other tool using our template format and import the pre-campaign user-specific details to SAFE. SAFE incorporates each user's behavior from their last three phishing campaigns while calculating the SAFE score for each user.

The phishing page displays a list of all the uploaded Phishing results. From this page, users can upload and manage the Phishing results.

You can directly upload the phishing results to SAFE for the followings:

  • Phishing results exported from the KnowBe4
  • Phishing results exported from the GoPhis
  • Phishing results exported from the other tools via a template file.

To upload a phishing result:

  1. Navigate to People > Campaign.
  2. Click the Phishing tab.
  3. Click the Upload Phishing Results button.
  4. Select the Tool as GoPhis or KnowBe4 from the drop-down.
  5. Enter the Campaign Name.
  6. Select the Start Date and End Date.
  7. Browse and upload the file from your computer. 
  8. Click the Submit button. The system notifies you of a successful upload, and the campaign will be added to the Phishing campaign list.

Upload phishing results exported from other tools via a template file


On the upload phishing results pop-up, If you select the Tool as "Other," the system provides an option to download a template file. Download the template file, fill in and save details in the template file, and then upload it to SAFE.


To upload a phishing result:

  1. Navigate to People > Campaign.
  2. Click the Phishing tab.
  3. Click the Upload Phishing Results button.
  4. Select the Tool as Others from the drop-down. The system displays a Download Template button.
  5. Click the Download Template button. The system automatically downloads a template file on your system.
  6. Enter and save the details in the template file. Follow the below points while adding details in the template file:
    1. Do not modify the first three rows of the template. These are required.
    2. When completing the "Email ID (Required)" column, use the user's email address. The user's email address must be present in SAFE for the ingest to complete.
    3. When completing the "Last Action Date (Required)" or "Send Date (Required)," use the date format MM/DD/YY
    4. When completing the "Last Action (Required)" column, use the text from the following selection:
      1. Email Sent
      2. Email Opened
      3. Clicked Link
      4. Submitted Data
      5. Email Reported
      6. Opened Attachment
      7. Email Replied
    5. Ensure that there are no empty lines at the bottom of the CSV.
    6. If you continue to experience invalid file issues, please open your CSV in a text editor and ensure that the lines are terminated with a Line Feed (LF and A Carriage Return (CR).
  7. Enter the Campaign Name.
  8. Select the Start Date and End Date.
  9. Browse and upload the file from your computer. 
  10. Click the Submit button. The system notifies you of a successful upload, and the campaign will be added to the Phishing campaign list.

Edit Phishing Campaign


To edit a Phishing campaign:

  1. Navigate to People > Campaign.
  2. Click the Phishing tab.
  3. Click the options menu available under the Manage column of the campaign you want to edit.
  4. Click the Edit icon. 
  5. Edit details for the campaign.
  6. Click the Update button.

Delete Phishing Campaign


To delete a Phishing campaign:

  1. Navigate to People > Campaign.
  2. Click the Phishing tab.
  3. Click the options menu available under the Manage column of the campaign you want to delete.
  4. Click the Delete icon. 
  5. Click Yes on the confirmation screen. The campaign will be deleted.
