What You Can Do Here
Configure company-wide SLA policies through the "Company Settings" section.
Access and manage existing Remediation SLA policies in the "Remediation SLA policies" panel.
Create new SLA policies by specifying key parameters such as Title, Description, and Metric Type.
Choose the metric for SLA evaluation, either "Exposure Score" or "CVSS score," to align with organizational risk strategies.
Apply asset filters to scope the SLA policy to specific segments of the infrastructure.
Define SLA days for each severity level, setting time-bound expectations for remediation based on risk.
Activate the SLA policy by setting its status to active, ensuring it becomes enforceable within the system.
Finalize the creation of the SLA policy by clicking "Create SLA Policy," enabling tracking and compliance enforcement.
Adjust existing SLA policies as necessary to reflect changes in risk posture or organizational priorities.
