For customers using their own Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration, user provisioning should be done through their dedicated URL. This URL will follow the pattern:
https://<environment-domain>/<customer-subpath>/app/d3
For example:
https://rs002tra.balbix.net/acme/app/d3
Steps to Provision a New User
Log in to your Balbix environment using your credentials.
From the main menu, go to:
Company Settings > Users
Click the Add User button.
Enter the new user’s details, including:
Full Name
Email Address (must match the address in your SSO identity provider)
Role/Permissions as appropriate
Important: The email address must exactly match the user’s email in your organization’s SSO identity provider. Mismatches will prevent login access.
