# Jira Ticketing Connector Guide

Jira Ticketing (Jira Service Management) is a cloud-based platform designed to improve IT services, increase user satisfaction, and boost IT flexibility and agility. The **Balbix integration with Jira Ticketing** allows users to easily create incidents in their Jira instance, whether it's on-premises or cloud-based. This helps to efficiently remediate vulnerabilities prioritized by Balbix and ultimately reduces cyber risk.
