If the goal is to allow the exception to automatically apply to additional assets or findings as they are discovered (a "continuous exception"), use exception automation. This enables dynamic scope expansion based on predefined criteria. If instead the exception should apply only to a fixed set of assets or findings at the time of creation, and not include any future items, then the exception must be created manually within the Asset Vulnerabilities or AppSec Findings view. ### Viewing Exceptions **What You Can Do Here** - View the total number of exceptions. - See exceptions categorized by reason. - Analyze the count of exception instances. - Visualize exceptions grouped by exposure. - Click on an exception name to view its details. - Monitor real-time updates of exposure instances when clicked. - Access detailed information for each exception. - Apply filters to search for specific exceptions. - Customize the table columns to adjust the view.
