Or maybe you’re interested in your workflows and remediation. You can ask BIX things like:

If you need more details or want to refine your query, you can continue the conversation with BIX. The AI assistant maintains context and provides additional assistance as needed.

When you’re finished, close the chat window. To reopen BIX, click the BIX icon in the left navigation bar whenever you need help.

Installation

To install the iOS BIX app:

1. Open the App Store: Launch the App Store on your iPhone.  

2. Search for the app: Enter “BIX” in the search bar.  

3. Select the app: Choose “BIX by Balbix” from the results.  

4. Tap download: Tap the Get button to start the download.  

5. Install the app: Wait for the installation to complete.  

6. Launch the app: Open the app by tapping the BIX icon on your device.
