You can find these options in the Automation menu.
What You Can Do Here
Launch the automation setup using the Create Automation button.
Assign a name and select the data type (Asset, Asset Vulnerabilities, Applications, or AppSec Findings) in the Automation Configuration step.
Define the automation scope using the Scope of Automation filter panel.
Apply conditions by configuring parameters within the Filter Builder.
Choose a trigger type in the Automation Trigger section: upon next evaluation, on schedule, or on specific date and time.
Select an action type in the Action Configuration step: Send Slack, Send Email, Send Export, Create Ticket, Create Remediation Project, Create Exception, Add Tags, Remove Tags, set Element Attributes.
Set ticket-specific options using the Ticketing System Parameters form.
Save the rule by clicking Create Automation.
Modify or remove existing rules using the Edit Automation and Delete Automation options.
